Currently, it's Agatha Christie, a crime novelist from the 19th to 20th centuries in England. I think her books are all brilliant so far. I've liked everyone of her books that I've read up till now.
I had different favorite authors in different periods of my life. Firstly it was Harriet Beecher Stowe with her "Uncle Tom's cabin". Then I was extremely fond of Jack London for his "Martin Eden". Then for a long time I considered Dostoevsky my favorite writer of all times _ I've read quite a few of his novels. At the moment... I don't have any. I enjoy English, Russian and French classics though.

Omg, yes, Dostoevsky is one of the best Russian writers IMO.
