My favorite show right now is Grey's Anatomy on Netflix. I am fascinated by the realistic medical cases and surgeries fictionally performed on the show. Since it is a medical drama, the characters are very dynamic and interesting as well. The story and plot runs very deep and keeps me on my feet with each episode.
