Which do you prefer and why? I binge drank tea for a long time, I then decided I wanted a break as it was effecting me in a not so good way, so I stopped completely and didn't drink tea. During the period of no tea I opted to lattes and coffee and then I went on to drinking jut coffee, until a few months ago I decided to drink tea..now I'm hooked again. To sum up Tea is like joining the dark side for me, I have to resist but it's too strong!
