Bath only after I'm sore as hell in the gym or after volleyball
I would say a shower, faster and more convenient in my opinion and a bath tends to be more hassle.
Showers are better. I just think of baths as soaking in your own filth. Although I take the occasional bath and then take a shower and then feel guilty about wasting so much water. I'm weird.
