I would do teleport because I can keep teleporting into the sky and technically be "flying"

Yea! That's what is so good about teleporting!

Teleporting for sure. Flying would be very cold, and you'd have to be mindful of the weather. None of that's an issue with teleporting, though you would have to be careful only to phase in at places where no one else is already standing. As long as you have a designated spot or are mindful of where you're going, it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Teleporting is definitely the more practical option, so that'd be my preference. If I wanted to get exercise while traveling, I'd just walk somewhere.

Flying.

Teleporting definitely, not only would you be able to avoid danger or anything potentially harmful, you would be able to be anywhere in an instant, however with flying it would take time, furthermore you have the added benefits of exploring the world completely free and even if you had a home elsewhere you could teleport to your dream location everyday.

Teleport.  I'd like to get where I'm going faster than I could with flying.  Especially if time is of the essence.
