Hey Guys, I've been having trouble making it the last few weeks of senior year so I have forced my self to get more sleep I now sleep from 11:30-6 I use to get around 3-4 hours and I feel alot better in the morning now. I just hate that I feel like I'm wasting time while I sleep, and I also have trouble getting to sleep.
How bout you guys what's your sleep schedule?
lol I dont have a sleep schedule, I fall asleep whenever I get tired, If i cant sleep, I take sleeping medicine
That is how I use to be now I take "medicine" at 1130 so I can sleep.
I don't really have a sleep schedule I usually just fall asleep whenever I feel like.
I sleep around 7 hours per day.
Yea I am like some of these other guys I just fall asleep when I feel tired.
I don't really have a schedule, depends on wether i have plance or uni the next day, or just no sleep at all for 1-3 days.
I'm usually up late into the night, because I like to stay up late. When I stay up late I also sleep late into the morning and it feels that I wasted a lot of my day and then I remember that I have the whole night still ahead of me. I usually sleep 8+ hours if I can, but if I have to get up early I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep. If I don't get enough sleep for a few days I walk outside like a zombie.
