Rosaline because she's the best developed Mario character and has a cute backstory. Also, Luigi because he's the only other Mario character with depth personality.

Yoshi is definitely my favorite Mario character. Super Mario World would be so different without him. I also always choose Yoshi when playing Mario Cart. Yoshi is the best!
