So yeah, our new Chinese neighbors don't understand Canadian laws about private properties, so they think our space is theirs too and they can put their things in front of our door and park their car in our space. So yeah, what can I do about them? These are civil and interpersonal matters, and concern the civil law, if I'm not wrong about it, right? So, what would you suggest I do about them?

If it were me, I'd talk to them about them putting their stuff on my property. If talking things out with them in a civil manner doesn't work, then I'd take their stuff and dump it back in their yard. If they continue to put their stuff on my property then I wouldn't hesitate to call the cops on them.
