By statistics, you will only get slightly higher FPS on video games since the 1050 is only a generation higher than the 950. Good luck with choosing your graphics card.

GTX1050 all the way if you can. 2gb vs 4gb of vram is no question in my book. It's better on games(even if only slightly) and will not need to be upgraded for a while, compared to if you got the other one.
