What is your logo for?
My wife is a graphic designer by trade so I kind of know a thing or two about this sort of thing.

At first glace it looks like one of those little folding cardboard stands you get when you buy a picture frame so you can stand it up on a table.
One of the most important things to keep in mind when making a logo for anything is that it needs to be an immediately recognisable representation of the item/company/brand/whatever that you are trying to display. Logos catch they eye and bring the client in close enough so that you can hit them with the product (or whatever).

Also, the cleaner the lines the more people are going to find it pleasing to look at.
