Did Uncharted 4 Steal Art From Assassin's Creed 4?
“In our eagerness to get the story trailer out we made a regrettable mistake and didn’t thoroughly vet the artwork used for an in game painting,”.

“We’ve already updated the trailer. We hold all artistry in high regard and take full responsibility for having allowed this to happen. â€œWe want to sincerely apologize to everyone at Ubisoft, the Assassin’s Creed team, the original artist, and our fans.”

The new Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End story trailer uses imagery from an Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag art book, according to Ubisoft. Assassin’s Creed head of content Azaïzia Aymar pointed this out on Twitter, jokingly saying, “I get the ‘thief” title now.”

Ubisoft Montreal boss Alex Hutchinson, sent out a tweet about the matter to Jonathan Cooper, who worked at Ubisoft before moving to Naughty Dog. We can only guess, why something like that happened.
Whats your opinion?

I think they look identical, the only thing missing would be the little fella next to the boat in the right image, but indeed it's quite funny.
