Omg, I feel so tired after waking up @ 3 am this morning, so to speak, in the middle of the night. I lost 6-7 hours of sleep last night that needs catching up and I'm just so tired. I wanna sleep, sleep, sleep. Can anybody give me any advice on how to fall back asleep after wakinh up at the wee hours of the morning?

It's funny really, I go to bed at that time...nearly every night. My sleep pattern is awful, completely awful...I usually don't go to sleep until the following day and if you think that's bad, I wake up around noon, so technically I don't even have a morning anymore + I only get roughly 6/7 hours of sleep a day. It's a bad habbit you don't want to get in to, but in your case...If you are tired and it's early in the morning, you should be able to just drift off back to sleep, If not try clearing your mind and relax. :)

Booze always helps out. It's not always that healthy but it sure helps.
Or just take sleeping pills also helps really good, just take the amount which is noted on the bottle.
