A new era of support.

Authoritarians!

Locked out of your account? Need to raise a question privately with the team? Want to share files or documents with us via email?
We have now implemented (with the aid of http://helpscout.net/) a new support function whereby you will be able to submit support tickets should you need to do so. 
Future changes and additions will be made to this over-time.

So, how does it work?

First, you will need to click the new support icon on the bottom-right of your screen:

This will bring up a support ticket form:

Fill this out, and attach any files (screenshots etc) that you might need, and hit send.
This will send your ticket to our team, where we will assign the ticket and aim to get back to you as quickly as possible.

So, why are we doing this?
We hope that by integrating helpscout, our support can be overhauled, leading to faster support and better answers to your questions.
Furthermore, it gives those without an account due to lock-outs etc, a chance to contact us.
If the site went down for maintenance etc, our team can still be contacted by email [email protected] - which will send your email to our ticket service.
