I can honestly say I am very excited for this game. I have bought every Call of Duty game since Call of Duty 3! I am not a big time FPS guy I love to play them but I usually get board of the game after a month. There's only so much running in circles and shooting each other that I can take. I usually end up trading it in after a month or so.

I'm not impressed with this game at all. The Call of Duty franchise is the epitome of a modded game. You know how all games back in the day, early on in PC gaming, came with mod tools? That's what this game feels like year to year.

They mod the game, modify the textures, add some features, and sell the game. It is full of rinse and repeat. They are still using the super old, Quake3 engine, which is an engine from 1999! Is this franchise serious? Just goes to show you the power of marketing. They can still sell a "modded" game for 60 dollars a pop. The last good Call of Duty was Call of Duty 4.

There are free to play games better than this franchise on PC, and most are using the Unreal 3 Engine. The Unreal 4 Engine is soon to be released. It would be nice if they would use it, but neither Activision, or Treyarch, will use it.

The Call of Duty franchise is lazy development at its finest. This game has needed a new engine for at least five years. The things the Battlefield is doing with the Frost Byte engine is phenomenal. Of course their game is so realistic that it doesn't have the action packed feel that Call of Duty has. However, the destructible environment of Battlefield is outstanding. Call of Duty will never see such things because they refuse to build a new engine. Using the Frost Byte engine would be like conceding defeat for the franchise. But as long as people keep buying this rinse and repeat game, they have no motivation to actually put any hard work into developing a quality game.

The trailer looks amazing. I just really hope they do not disappoint me like they did with Ghost. I am hoping they have the same vibe as the other Warefare games. They need to make sure that no matter what they do not mess up like how bad Ghost was.

Someone needs to make a game that involves mirrors's edge movement, with FPS game play. I know Brink tried to do so, but it didn't do as good a job as entrenching the parkour movement as well as Mirror's Edge did. The things you can do in Mirror's Edge is absolutely outstanding, and it would be impressive to have such movement in some of these games.

Titan Fall comes close with all jumping, but doesn't come close beyond that. I know Mirror's Edge 2 is coming out in the next two years, with an open world and probably suitable game modes. That game will probably be off the chain when it does.

COD could try to implement such movement into its gameplay, and make maps that enhance the movement. That's the issues I see with COD:AW right now. They have new mobility, but the maps don't see to put it to use in a very good manner. If they released mod tools, I'm sure someone in the community could enhance things far better, to make the gameplay better.
