So My iPhone is Finally  out of space, and I was wondering if any of you guys knew an app where I can download songs a cloud storage, or something like that.

I use to use an app called get them all in not sure if it was cloud based though

Use Spotify and get a premium account, which can easily be found or bought if you don't want to purchase an upgrade for your own account.
They allow you to "download" music and listen to it offline.

Ended up buying a few months of apple music, it's pretty nice, makes it easy to decided what's stored on the phone, and what I can listen to with data/wifi
