Anyone remembers the classic series of Ninja Gaiden? Which one did you like the most? I personally liked Ninja Gaiden 2. The cool thing about these games was the cinemas and the awesome story, not to mention the great music it had.

Solid games. Disgustingly hard, but solid. I've played all three, but the only one I ever owned was Ninja Gaiden, and it was the only one I ever even came close to beating. I recall getting to the final boss on several occasions, but I don't think I ever beat him. Ryu's stupid backwards falling whenever he got hit killed me so many times...

Yes, that falling back "feature" was a real pain in the arse. I think one could avoid it by remaining ducked or something like that, i don't remember clearly. I have beating NG II , the others were way to hard, as you already mentioned.
