Looks like it is not something most gamers can afford. I will have to wait until the price goes down and see how it performs.

Wow, I had never even heard of it until now. That thing is sick, but from what I read it takes at least a 1,000 dollar computer build to run it.

Yup. As i heard game needs to run at 2160X1200 resolution, it surely need a powerful PC to do it for most of the games.

I won't buy it but i will monitor the progresses / reviews. Once the tech improves more and prices go down, that would be the time for me to consider to get one  Angel

Honestly, I wouldn't have expected the Oculus to start out as very affordable for the average gamer. It's nearly double what the usual consoles are, and even those are considered expensive. But this is virtual reality, which although isn't exactly new, it's new enough that the technology is still expensive. One day, we'll all be able to easily afford them... haha

I don't see being able to afford it very soon. Not to mention that my PC, while quite new, probably is to weak to perform.
I bet that with time, the technology will become cheaper. Looking forward to reading reviews of Oculus, though.
