Open all hours has to be my favorite sitcom because of Arkwright. The way he is makes me admire him a lot, he is tight-fisted, rude and mean. I'm not like that all but it's hilarious and his relationship with Nurse Gladys is brilliant. A lot of funny moments. I feel sorry for his Nephew, Granville because Arkwright treats him horribly.
