I love making homemade ravioli, filled with ricotta and spinach or maybe some butter-fried mushrooms. Yum! I'm in an Italian phase right now, so I'm making a lot of pasta and pizza.

Mozzarella and parmigiano of course, but also feta cheese. This household has a heavy consumption of feta!
