I generally get around 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night but to be honest I find it hard to fall asleep.
Your 10 to 13 hours a night sounds like a really long time to be a sleep which means you are spending less time doing things.

Usually about 6 - 8 hours daily. Sometime less than it if I have more work need to finish.
