Imo, its to be the Guardians of Earth, to preserve our Planet, to love and care for it, for all life to be well. I think also that we should coexist harmoniously and peacefully not only with our kind, but also all life.  As an environmentalist, I'm all for a greener future for all humanity and I love Earth and try to take care of it as best as I could : meaning using as less energy as I can, reuse, recycle and repair everything I can. Of course I know some things can't be fixed, or recycled, but I wish we could aim our purpose towards it as one species. The sooner we agree and understand on our purpose on Earth, the better for us all.

Besides our biologically programmed drive to have kids, I'd say that it's just finding something to do that you enjoy, and that you're able to convince yourself is worth doing. A job, a hobby, a family, friends, whatever. Life meaning is not something that exists, but something that is created by each individual.
