HTC ChaCha. Blackberry design but still had touchscreen.
Loved the phone, but the screen was 2 small :C

Now this is a hard one I believe it was an early make of Samsung and then I moved onto Nokia followed by Apple and then back to Samsung.

My first smartphone would be an xperia U which was a phone that ran android 2.3.
It had a dual core CPU clocked at just 1GHZ (Who says slow).
512MB Ram (could barely run android 4.0).
The one thing I do remember about the phone is that the video it took looked much better than the photos it took.
