Devuan GNU/Linux is one of the best IMO.
I really like it, no systemd or other such cruft.
After installing openbox and tint2, i really enjoy it!

Not terribly experienced with OSes, closest thing I've used to Linux was Raspbian. Probably won't try Linux anytime soon as I can't be bothered to install and configure so much. I currently use Win10 but 7 was definitely best. Chrome OS is okay for what it is. Works well for me on a bare bones laptop.

I've used these OS: Windows 95, Windows 97, Windows 2000, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10. By Far, my favorite of them all is Windows 7. Easy to work with, easy to navigate, and not hard to figure out the file locations.

Windows 8.1 is my favorite. Linux would be second in my book.
