Every night before bed but I wash my hair every 2-3 days.

Twice a day, when i get up and before i got to bed. Sometimes more depending if i shower at work.

It all depends really, Showering too often isn't always a great thing, especially for your hair (if you're one to care about that) I shower usually twice a week, every second day.

I shower everyday, right before bedtime. I don't feel clean unless I shower. Plus, taking a shower is relaxing after a long stressful day at work. It is for me anyways.
