Have you ever purchased something online and once receiving it, it wasn't quite what you expected? Maybe it didn't look exactly the same, was faulty, or was something completely different!?

I remember ordering a ROXIO HD PRO of amazon for roughly £100, Once it arrived i was so excited to get recording some 360 game-play, but to my surprise it didn't even work, after much tests and lots of stress i came to the conclusion it was the device itself, possibly something faulty within it, i contacted amazon, more specifically the company i purchased it from, for a refund, and they wouldn't accept it back, i was pissed, let's just say that.
