Do you like to save money?
#21
I always try to save money, but sometimes I do not succeed. For everyday purchases, I shop at a grocery store that has fabulous "Buy 1 Get One Free" items. and store brand items that I trust completely. Of course, there are some items that I only buy a name brand, but I use digital store coupons and coupon flyers.
I wish that our family had a healthier savings account, but I am working on it. Something is always coming up that drains the account.; isn't that always the way?
Good luck to all on saving more in the new year : )

I like to save money, but it seems like all of the ways to save money are changing in ways that make it impossible. Where I live, you don't have a choice of internet service providers. I need the internet for my job, which is work from home. I also need a specific kind of internet, which limits my options to cable providers, of which there is one. Also, coupons are terrible these days. I remember when you could get 20 cents off of things that cost a dollar when I was younger. Now it's five or 10 cents. I remember cheap, almost slumlord-type, apartments were $200 or $300. Now, they are $500 and minimum wage is still the same.

Yes, I do. In case of emergencies. I just avoid shopping malls so I won't be tempted buying something I'd only regret later on.

Yes! I love just looking at my bank account and knowing that I have extra money for anything like a new game, soda, energy drink, etc.
