Full Version: How long do you sleep?

Usually around 8-9 hours, although it seems my body needs more than that.

If your body needs more, then take more if you can, or after school. Go back to sleep and get on the computer later! :)
7-9 hours at most.

Well, you must try to get more sleep.

Medically yes, but it doesn't affect my performance at work or with projects at all. I can't use sleeping medication as it messes with my normal meds. I do eat healthy and I exercise, not really a drinker anymore either. If my lack of sleeping was affecting my health or causing me issues I'd definitely seek more help with it, but it's not at all. If anything it's more of a blessing as I can get a lot more shit done.

Atleast, it doesn't infect your work. That's atleast a good thing.
I sleep for about 8-10 hours on the weekends and about 4-8 hours on schooldays.
4 hours weekdays 7 hours weekends

How do you normally go to sleep!?

TBH my sleeping pattern is off. I fall asleep at 10-11PM and wake up a 8AM. My bedtime is at 8:00. My insomnia keeps me up for two-three hours.

around 4 to 5 hours
