How do you normally go to sleep!?

TBH my sleeping pattern is off. I fall asleep at 10-11PM and wake up a 8AM. My bedtime is at 8:00. My insomnia keeps me up for two-three hours.
Well atleast you get plenty of time to sleep,
but waking up at 8AM is pretty early. Haha
Honestly, it depends on what I plan on doing. If I need to be up for something and my schedule is off, I will stay up for 26-30 hours and sleep only 5 hours to put myself back on track. Normally I sleep around 6-8 hours, but more often than not its 6.
Usually about 6 - 8 hours however recently I've been getting really bad at that so less now, which sucks because finals are coming lol.
4-6 hours on weekdays, 7-10 on weekends. Getting more than 8 makes me feel like shit. I can function on less than 5 for about a day before I start feeling bad. Ideal would be 7 a night, but that's not happening anytime soon.

Wow, you don't get a lot of sleep. I have a hard time running on anything less than 6. Sometimes on the weekends when I stay up really late I can hit that 12 hours of sleep and it's nice.
Unfortunately I'm back down to roughly 6 to 7 hours sleep now, work takes the toll.
Anything but a normal amount. If I have to get up early, which I mostly do, I unfortunately only manage to get 5-7 hours. If I can sleep in however, I might end up sleeping for 10-12 hours.
I usually get around 8 to 9 hours

Your just like me haha. That's what I tend to do is around 12 hours but sometimes it's less. Just depends on how long I stayed up prior. I try not to sleep that much but sometimes it's something I can't avoid. This is mainly do to issues with my health that are finally starting to go away. I've been slowly recovering. Sometimes I stay up longer though maybe 2 days at a time though if I've been sleeping a lot.
