Hahaha I'm not really fun when being exhausted.
Holy shit man. Last year I fucked up my sleeping schedule so badly it still affects me now.
Woke up at around 10AM one day, after 8PM till 7AM I had like 6 cups of coffee and 2 energy drinks, literally was up all night working on a random project of mine. I woke up at 3PM that day.
For around 2 months that was my sleeping schedule: go to sleep at around 5-6AM wake up at 1-2PM.
Had to take 2 sleeping pills one night at 9PM to "reset" my schedule. It obviously didn't work so I ended up taking sleeping pills for like 1 week to go back to normal.
Even now I'm still pretty fucked up. I go to sleep at around 2-3AM and I wake up at 8AM to go to work. I can't fall asleep and I can't sleep in. In the weekends I wake up at around 9(without setting the alarm).

I have to keep a light on to read. It bothers me, lol.
I have no problem reading, but when I start to get tired strong lights fuck with me badly.
