I think the requirements look fine at the moment. Maybe when the forum gets a bit larger, than increase the requirements. I feel though once a few good MMs get setup, they will be a main-used source rather than newer people getting into the MM game.

I personally think that the post requirement should be a little higher and that you can also become a Middleman if you've been 'Verified' by a Member of Staff. There aren't very many Forums that have the 'Verified' option, and with being a Member from a Website that does have that in place, I can tell you that it really does help keep the Community a hell of a lot safer. I can provide custom user bars and awards if this was something to be put into place.
